Collagen: HCP (Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides) is a light tasting hydrolysed collagen protein, rich in Type 1 (muscle, eye, bone health, enhances skin health and reduces signs of aging) and Type 3 (gut health and skin elasticity and hydration) collagen, that's easily digested and completely dairy free.
